Work directly with me, Noel, a WordPress and Elementor developer with more than nine years of professional agency experience. I build, improve, and support dependable WordPress websites for digital agencies and service businesses worldwide.

Two ways to work together
I usually work in one of two ways. I join agency teams when they need extra WordPress development capacity, and I work directly with service businesses that need a better website. Either way, you speak with me from the first conversation through delivery.
For digital agencies
For agencies, I can take an approved Figma design through to a responsive Elementor build, help with WooCommerce work, resolve technical issues, or complete the final round of testing. I work under the NM WebWorks name, and we agree on responsibilities and communication before I begin.
For service businesses
If you run a service business, I can build a new WordPress website, redesign an outdated one, or improve the site you already have. The goal is a credible, easy-to-manage website that explains what you do and makes it easier for the right people to contact you.
Coast Life Companies
Real Estate Development · Cape Coral, FL
Coast Life Companies needed a clearer and more credible website for its real estate development business in Cape Coral, Florida. I redesigned and rebuilt the site in WordPress so prospective clients and partners could understand the company’s services and enquire more easily.
“We have had an excellent experience working with Noel. He demonstrated a deep understanding of our project requirements and brought valuable insights that significantly improved the final product. His technical skills are top-notch and communication has been consistent and clear throughout.”
WordPress development services
for every stage
You may need a complete build, help with an existing website, or someone to keep things running after launch. I can step in at the stage you are in.
WordPress Development for Agencies
When an agency has more WordPress work than its internal team can comfortably handle, I can take on an agreed part of the build or support the project through delivery. This can include Elementor, WooCommerce, responsive work, and final QA.
Business Websites & Redesigns
I build new WordPress websites and redesign existing ones around clear messaging, credibility, usability, and the action you want visitors to take. Every build is responsive and structured with a sound SEO foundation.
WordPress & Elementor Website Fixes
If your current website has Elementor layout problems, mobile issues, slow performance, plugin conflicts, or technical errors, I can investigate the cause and make focused improvements without rebuilding everything unnecessarily.
Website Care Plans
Care plans provide ongoing maintenance and technical support, including routine updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, and reserved time for small website improvements when you need them.

Agency experience, without the agency layers
Before starting NM WebWorks, I spent more than nine years building and supporting websites inside agencies and development teams. I learned how to work from detailed briefs, fit into established systems, test carefully, communicate progress clearly, and deliver work that other people can maintain.
With NM WebWorks, you work directly with the developer responsible for your project. There is no account-manager handoff, and I can work within an existing WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, plugin, or hosting setup without changing parts that already work.
My recommendations stay practical. If a focused fix will solve the problem, I will say so; custom development is reserved for situations where it genuinely improves the result.
A clear process
from brief to delivery
The workflow adapts to direct website projects and agency collaboration while keeping scope, responsibilities, communication, and delivery clear.
Scope
We clarify the goal, required deliverables, technical environment, responsibilities, and timeline before work begins.
Plan or Review the Brief
For direct projects, I organise the sitemap, content requirements, and technical plan. For agency work, I review the supplied designs, brief, and development standards.
Build and Test
The work is implemented in WordPress, tested responsively, and checked for consistency, usability, and maintainability before review.
Deliver and Support
After approval, the project is launched or handed back with clear notes, documentation, and agreed post-delivery support.
A practical starting point for your project
Complete WordPress website builds and substantial redesigns start at US$1,500. If you already have a website and need a defined set of Elementor fixes, WooCommerce tasks, responsive improvements, performance work, or technical troubleshooting, focused support engagements start at US$250.
Agency development support is quoted around the actual workload and can cover a single project or reserved monthly capacity. Final pricing always reflects the agreed scope, complexity, content, integrations, responsibilities, and timeline.
Questions
we get a lot
Still have something on your mind? Reach out and we’ll give you a straight answer.
Who will I work with?
You will work directly with me, Noel. NM WebWorks is an independent WordPress development studio, so the person discussing the project is also the person building and testing it.
Do you work with digital agencies?
Yes. I provide project-based and ongoing WordPress development for agencies, including Figma-to-Elementor builds, WooCommerce work, responsive fixes, troubleshooting, and QA. I work as an independent development partner under the NM WebWorks name, with responsibilities, communication, and client-contact boundaries agreed before work begins.
Can you work on an existing WordPress or Elementor website?
Yes. I regularly work within established websites and plugin setups. I review the current environment first, preserve working functionality, and recommend only the changes needed to complete the agreed scope.
Where are you based, and can you work with my time zone?
I am based in Bacolod, Philippines and work remotely with businesses and agencies worldwide. We agree on overlap hours for meetings, while updates, feedback, and handover can be managed asynchronously.
How much does a project cost?
Complete website builds and redesigns generally start at US$1,500. Focused WordPress fixes and support engagements start at US$250. Agency development support is quoted according to the workload, responsibilities, and arrangement.
How long does a website project take?
Most business websites take approximately two to four weeks once the required content, access, and feedback are available. Larger builds, complex integrations, and agency projects are scheduled according to the agreed scope and workflow.
Will my website be ready for Google?
Every new website is built with a sound technical foundation, including responsive layouts, clear heading structure, editable metadata, performance considerations, and an XML sitemap. Rankings still depend on competition, content quality, authority, and ongoing SEO work.
What happens after the project is completed?
You receive the completed work, relevant access, and agreed documentation or handover notes. Direct website clients own their website and can manage it independently or continue with an optional care plan. Agency handover follows the team’s preferred workflow.
